Anthony Thomas (Tony) is the former CIO of Nissan Motor Corporation, Global CIO of GE and CIO of Vodafone India. He also held global leadership roles at Citi, EY among other industry leaders. Tony is a luminary in his field of technology leadership and innovation and a recipient of many industry honors and awards. An Engineering alumnus of CET, Tony has been conferred Doctor of Science in the field of Information Technology. Tony is active as investor, board member and mentor to startups and as advisor to Governments. He is a mentor at Columbia University in its Executive M.S. Technology Management Program. He is currently is the Chairman of ICT Academy of Kerala and part of many distinguished forums including Hi-Power Digital Advisory Committee to Kerala CM, Hi-Power Committee for eMobilty in Kerala and Management Committee of Kerala Police Cyberdome.
