Mr. K. M. Abraham is a Certified Financial Analyst having a Ph.D. in Technology Planning from the University of Michigan. He currently handles the various positions such as Chief Executive Officer in Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board (KIIFB) and Chairman of Kerala Development and Innovation Strategic Council (KDISC). Mr. Abraham has over 38 years of experience in various sectors such as the financial sector, public finance, higher education, social sector, administration, and governance as well as in conceptualizing, designing, and implementing major IT systems and managing project teams. He also has, held various prestigious positions such as Chief Secretary of Government of Kerala and Senior and Middle-Level Administrative Positions in the Indian Administrative Service and was a Whole Time Member of Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) during the period from 2008 - 2011.
