Ravi Chaturvedi is the CEO Council of Lighthouse Funds, a PE company, based in Mumbai. He has been advising several CEOs on the PE company’s portfolio ranging from cookies to snacks to plastics to pesticides to diagnostic labs to high-end beauty retail to natural animal feeds to mattresses to orthotics to footwear & more on Strategy, Brand building, and Org. Development. Ravi was the first-ever Asian President and Member, Global Leadership Council of the Procter and Gamble (P&G) company; with acknowledged strengths in Versatile Leadership, Strategic Thinking, Brand Building, Organization Development. He has been the Past Director on the Board of i Discover i, an Education start-up in Gurgaon, India (September 2009-13) and a past consultant and advisor to the Chairman and to the Chief Learning Officer of the Nitto Denko Corporation, Osaka, Japan. He has also been an Advisor for Marico and to Emami, Indian consumer goods companies for their international expansion operations. Furthermore, Ravi is a Senior Fellow, Management Department, Wharton School of Business; and Lecturer, Organizational Dynamics Program, University of Pennsylvania (Jan-April,2014) teaching “Globally Capable Leadership”.
