Thomas Muthoot is the executive director of Muthoot Fincorp Limited and the Managing Director of Muthoot Microfin Limited. He has an experience of over 30 years in the field of financial services. He is a key architect of the much- diversified conglomerate the Group is today. An expert in microcredit and micro-savings business with a great desire to serve the masses, he has initiated and commenced several businesses including automotive retail, two-wheeler finance, and affordable housing finance. He was also instrumental in setting up of one of Kerala’s first IT parks established through a public-private partnership, Muthoot Technopolis. His expertise and knowledge of emerging markets and customer needs have been harnessed in the expansion and diversification of the group. Thomas is the youngest of the three brothers; he is a dynamic, innovative, and futuristic thinker.
