Gloria Benny, the COO of Guardians of Dreams, is a social entrepreneur who is driven by a vision to transform the quality of childcare provided by Child Care Institutions across the country through a participatory model that mobilizes resources through community-based programs. Apart from being an expert in setting-up and scaling of social sector organizations, this TEDx speaker has also designed and scaled various volunteer networks including Make A Difference, a youth volunteer organisation founded by her. It now has strong footholds in as many as 23 cities in the country.
