Ravi, with a unique blend of HR and Software technology knowledge, has been able to pave a path of positive change for the way HR works with pioneering efforts in space of corporate social networks to digitizing HR by using AI, BOTS & Voice, gamifications, and Analytics. Ravi has worked across the industry for over 35 years and worn many hats from the founding member of a software (Lister Technologies), to heading HR for Deutsche Software Limited, HCL Technologies as their Global Head of Talent Management, Mindtree as their Chief People Officer and incubating HCL TalentCare as Chief Human Resources Officer. Ravi is currently a board Member with a couple of Fintech companies, a blockchain Edu tech company and also advises Senior management from companies in B2B Sales, HRMS products and Insurance on HR challenges. As a human capital enthusiast and as a believer in human potential, he is actively involved in coaching and developing the next generation of leaders at the prestigious Indian School of Business as a visiting professor. Ravi holds a master’s degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Xavier Labor Research Institute (XLRI) in India and is also an alumnus of the Harvard Business School in Information Technology
