Sreejith has considerable experience for more than 19 years in advising MNC clients and large and medium Indian groups on assignments involving tax planning, inbound investment, and entry strategies, entity and business structuring, capital structuring, restructuring of cross border operations, transfer pricing, etc. Apart from that, he has also advised a number of large multinational and Indian companies on a range of Income Tax, GST, Transfer Pricing, foreign exchange, and other regulatory laws. For more than 12 years, he has worked with Big 4 Firms like EY, KPMG, Deloitte and Grant Thornton and predominantly worked with most of the entrepreneur business in Kerala.
